Terrible customer service and no free gift

I put in an order and made sure to order the dollar amount to receive a free gift. I mistakenly didn't click the right button to receive the gift with my order and IMMEDIATELY (within minutes) reached out to customer service to make sure I would still receive the gift. After multiple emails and delayed responses I was told they could not help me. Terrible customer service.

They don't have one. Ive been trying to get a hold of them for days. I think this is a scam honestly. Never received my order, can't get a hold of any form of customer service at all. This is the number I found but doesn't work. 844 433 5143

It operates over 100 international websites selling Fast-moving consumer goods direct to consumer through its proprietary e-commerce platform. As of 2015."). SkinStore is possibly the most dishonest, cynical and devious business I have ever dealt with.
